June 1995 Shinden Hightex was established for the purpose of selling semiconductor and electronic components in Tokyo. (Capital stock: 37 million yen)
October 1995 Started sales of custom memory modules.
January 1996 Started sales of LG Japan's (now: SK hynix Japan Inc.) semiconductor products.
May 1996 Opened Osaka Business Office in Osaka.
July 1997 Started sales of LG Japan's (now: LG Display Japan Co., Ltd.) LCD products.
September 1997 Opened Nagoya Branch in Nagoya.
July 1988 Started sales of IBM's electronic components (e.g. CPUs).
November 1999 Opened Shizuoka Business Office in Shizuoka.
February 2000 Established Shinden Hong Kong Limited (100% subsidiary) in Hong Kong.
July 2003 Acquired ISO 14001 certification.
March 2004 Acquired ISO 9001 certification.
August 2005 Relocated our head office in Tokyo.
April 2006 Opened Fukuoka Branch in Fukuoka.
February 2012 Relocated our head office to the current Location in Tokyo.
March 2015 Listed on the JASDAQ Market(Standard) of Tokyo Stock Exchange
April 2022 Transition to Standard Market in Tokyo Stock Exchange due to Market Restructuring.
