SHINDEN HIGHTEX's basic policy is to proactively disclose corporate and financial information from the perspective of timeliness, fairness, accuracy and continuity to enable shareholders, investors, other parties active in the market and all the other stakeholders to more clearly understand the SHINDEN HIGHTEX Group.

Information disclosure standards
SHINDEN HIGHTEX discloses information in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, other related laws and regulations and the rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
SHINDEN HIGHTEX proactively discloses as much information that may impact investment decisions as possible, even when it is not subject to the timely disclosure rules.
Method of disclosing IR information
For timely disclosures pursuant to the Securities Listing Regulations, SHINDEN HIGHTEX discloses information through the Electronic Disclosure for Investors' Network (EDINET) for annual securities reports and other disclosure documents under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act provided by the Financial Services Agency or the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and it swiftly publishes them on the SHINDEN HIGHTEX website.
SHINDEN HIGHTEX also discloses information that may impact investment decisions on its website, even when that information is not subject to the timely disclosure rules, in view of the objectives of the timely disclosure rules.
IR information disclosure structure
SHINDEN HIGHTEX ensures that this IR policy is clearly understood and strictly observed throughout the SHINDEN HIGHTEX Group. To protect the SHINDEN HIGHTEX Group and its employees from legal liability under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations, its Corporate Planning Department acts as a contact point for inquiries from shareholders, investors, securities analysts and similar professionals and its president and relevant directors will collaboratively respond to these inquiries.
IR quiet period
To ensure fairness in its disclosure of information, SHINDEN HIGHTEX has established an IR quiet period to prevent any material information regarding the financial results of the SHINDEN HIGHTEX Group from leaking before the announcement of the financial results.
SHINDEN HIGHTEX's IR quiet period begins on the day after the final day of each quarter and continues until the announcement of the financial results. During this period, SHINDEN HIGHTEX will refrain from responding to any inquiries regarding the financial results.
SHINDEN HIGHTEX may however respond to inquiries from media organizations solely about its corporate management strategies or similar topics that are not associated with the financial results until two weeks before the announcement of the financial results. When any event that is subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange occurs, SHINDEN HIGHTEX will announce it as appropriate, even during the IR quiet period.
Response to analyst reports, etc.
SHINDEN HIGHTEX does not interfere with the commentary or recommendations of securities analysts.
In principle, SHINDEN HIGHTEX does not comment on reports or revenue models. SHINDEN HIGHTEX may, however, remark on any significant factual errors or mistakes if identified.
Position regarding forward-looking information
Financial forecasts and other forward-looking information published on the SHINDEN HIGHTEX website are based on information available at the time of publication.
Actual financial results, etc. may differ from the information on the website.
Position regarding IR information
