Code of Behavior

All of the member of Shinden conduct our business affairs under high ethics in order to achieve our business which “The employees have dreams” and,”Giving the impression to our customers”.

1.To the Customers

  1. (1)We will have to do the best to observe the esteemed orders and rule and to respect the Customers’needs, to satisfy the Customers with the services, supplying the goods
  2. (2)We will have to respond to the Customers’needs and demands with the sincere and honest mind, without any delay, to supply any informative information, to satisfy the Customers.

2.To the Shareholders

We will have to make the full explanation to any questions from the shareholders and also to supply any informative information, considering the possible benefits of shareholders.

3.To the Employees

  1. (1)We will have to respect the individual fundamental human rights, the individual personality, the privacies, regardless of the race, religion, sex, nationality, physically handicapped, and age, any discriminating behavior, acts of violence, sexual harassment, bulling should not be done to the reporter.
  2. (2)We will have to accomplish our duties, and jobs, based on the scope of Responsibility, and to challenge to upgrade the ability, and capability.
  3. (3)We will have to act and behave ourselves, and to take the responsibility of society.
  4. (4)We will have to do the best to create the pleasant working environmental atmosphere.
  5. (5)We will have to maintain clean working environment and prevent from industrial accidents. We will have to develop our health.

4.In the Sales Activities

  1. (1)To do the business with the fair and good faith to the Customers.
  2. (2)To observe the rules, and social customs.
  3. (3)To obtain the necessary information from the Customers in the fair and right manner., and not to dispose the obtained information to the third party, without taking the specified steps.
  4. (4)To protect the individual information and to manage to collect it, and to manage it and to utilize it in the appropriate manner and way.

5.Products

  1. (1)To be responsible for the Quality Assurance of the products, and to make sure of the safety of the product, from the Customer stand point of view.
  2. (2)To locate, develop and market the advanced products of the time.

6.Appropriate Accounting

  1. (1)Not to conduct any inadequate accounting transactions, to keep the accurate and correct accounting records, and not to make any wrong and false accounting reports.
  2. (2)To exert the best efforts to maintain and improve the Accounting System, to disclose the prompt and accurate Accounting Information.

7. Protections of Corporate Assets, and Confidentiality

  1. (1)Not to disclose any “Shinden” Confidential Information to any thirdparty, while working in “Shinden” or having left from “Shinden”.
  2. (2)Not to conduct any inadequate actions to utilize the “Shinden” Confidential Information to anybody-else. or to work for the other party, while working in “Shinden”, or having left from “Shinden”.
  3. (3)Not to disclose any Confidential Information, obtained in the previous company, to the third party, while you are bound by NDA with the previous company.
  4. (4)To conduct, control and collect any individual Information in the adequate manner or way.
  5. (5)Not to conduct any “Insider Deal” for the unlisted stocks.
  6. (6)Not to use any “Shinden” asset and proprieties for your own private use.

8.Inadequate Contract and Prohibition for the Payment

  1. (1)Not to provide any inadequate donation or present, reward pay, entertainment, to any politicians (including any Governmental Offices, District Governmental Offices, Specific Corporations, and Foreign Governmental Offices). against the rule, regulations, and laws.
  2. (2)When using the Representatives in your business, to obey the regulated law or rule, to determine the reward payment terms prior to the start of the business.
  3. (3)To observe the rule or law when entertaining the customers , or providing any present to the customers, to follow the guidelines (if it is set up at the customers’ side)

9.Publicity

  1. (1)To conduct any Publicity Activities, in the sincere and fair way.
  2. (2)To challenge to obtain the advanced approval from your supervisor to start with the disclosure of “Shinden” when disclosing any “Shinden” Confidential Information through Media like Newspaper, Magazine, TV, etc., to the Investors Mass-Media, and Journalists.
  3. (3)To challenge to improve the publicity of “Shinden”, and to create the better working environmental place for the “shinden” growth, assuring the better working spirits from the employees.
  4. (4)We will not criticize nor disregard the others,addressing inadequate words, and will not predominate over the others.
  5. (5)DWe will not use any Politics nor Religion in the publicity, and will not use the explanations to disappoint at the discrimination, handicapped.

10.Environmental Preservation

  1. (1)To observe the related Environmental Preservation Law, Rules, and Regulations, to do the best to prevent from the Environmental Pollution.
  2. (2)To do the best to utilize the natural benefit from the variations of living things.

11.Elimination of Antisocial Forces

We, Shinden confront Antisocial Forces and/or the related organizations who give a menace to the order of the civic life and safety, and intercept completely those relations.
